**About Us**

National Seating & Mobility is a fast-growing rehab equipment supplier in Canada, and we help improve our customers' lives by providing medical equipment solutions for seating and mobility.

**A typical day as a Project Coordinator**
- Create the project plan and manage the work being performed by internal resources and third parties/vendors required to successfully deliver the project.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, clients and all the stakeholders.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits for clients.

- 3-5 years of experience managing large company-wide projects especially ERP, CRM, and data warehousing; within the DME/HME industry would be an asset.
- Degree in project management or equivalent
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Successful project management of ERP and CRM projects, especially SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, and Visio
- Ability to create a detailed project plan using Microsoft Project and Agile Scrum User Stories/Scrum Task Boards.
- Adapt to changes in work (i.e., new client requirements or specifications).
- Adjust working hours to accommodate busy periods (some weekends may be required).
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and managing multiple projects/priorities.
