Olympia Diner is a family owned Greek Restaurant.

Overview: We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. If you have a passion for food preparation and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist with food preparation such as cutting meats, making sauces, and cooking side dishes - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Follow recipes and presentation specifications - Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Prep Cook in a restaurant or similar environment - Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations - Ability to work well in a team setting - Excellent time management skills - Willingness to learn and take direction - Food handling experience - Familiarity with kitchen operations - Understanding of meal preparation techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
