We also offer educational support, and participation in our recognition and annual salary reviews program. **Summary** Livable Homes is a division of Scott Construction providing adaptations for safer independent living as people age. We are searching for a Sales Representative to close leads and build relationships with clients looking to adapt their homes. This role reports to the President of Scott Construction and requires strong relationship building skills combined with patience to assist prospects through what can be an emotional journey of change. We are looking for someone who understands the residential construction space and has experience turning strong leads into sales. As part of the Scott Construction team, you have a team to support high quality project execution. **Key Accountabilities** - Demonstrate the ability to positively influence customers by proposing options/solutions. - Leverage closing skills to achieve defined sales objectives. - Employ a consultative, needs-based sales approach to provide solutions to customers. - Develop an understanding of the client’s goals, needs, concerns, and drivers to provide solutions that lead to sales. - Partner and communicate with Livable Homes team to ensure customer success and assist with lead generation. - Lead meetings with prospective clients; prepare and deliver presentations on service offerings. - Build, foster and maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. - Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to management. - Prospect new clients and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. - Represent the company at external events to aid in Brand awareness and build a strategic network. **Qualifications** - 5+ years’ experience within the residential renovation space. - Proven track record of closing sales leads. - Ability to source and build new relationships, from prospecting to securing introductory meetings and developing relationships with new potential clients. **Skills/Attributes** - Skilled at providing first-rate customer service by listening, asking the right questions, and being genuinely invested in the process. - Patience combined with excellent relationship building skills. - Ambitious and confident yet down-to-earth and approachable. - Energetic self-starter who delivers on your promises. - Outgoing personality and a genuine desire to connect with others. - Integrity and trust are values you swear by and live out every day. - Effective communication and presentation skills - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Exemplary team collaboration capabilities - Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
