**About Marine Vista Homes**

Marine Vista Homes is a boutique short-term rental and property management company based in West Vancouver. We specialize in luxury furnished rentals and offer end-to-end services for property owners. We're expanding rapidly and seeking a driven **Inside Sales Representative** to help grow our property portfolio through proactive outreach and strategic client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Educate prospects on the benefits of our full-service short-term rental management
- Qualify leads and guide them through the onboarding and contract-signing process
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in CRM software
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless property setup
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or short-term rental industries preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling cold/warm leads
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy and organized, with basic proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset)
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and commission-driven

**Compensation**
- **Commission-Based Structure**: No fixed base salary; income is performance-based
- **Average Earning Potential**: CAD $40,000-$100,000+ annually depending on performance
- **Tiered Commission Plan**: Higher earnings for multiple sign-ups/month
