Monitor, verify and approve the production tool changes in conjunction with the Production Manager to ensure production requirements are met per forecasted schedule.
- Adherence to all procedures and maintenance of clean and safe environment.
- Perform required preventative maintenance on all injection molds and complete all checklists and documentation as lined out in procedures.
- Documentation of all process changes and/or deviations from standard processes.
- Anticipate and resolve issues that may hinder production performance.
- Replace, repair hoses, fittings, etc. where required
- Perform required tool changes timely to ensure completion of required production as well as meeting or exceeding daily targets for efficiency, effectivity, and utilization
- Perform tool changes using approved checklists and procedures (PIMMP)
- Complete all changeover and maintenance reports as required by the MRO.
- Ensure all necessary preparations are completed and available for the next shift to ensure smooth transition at shift change and limit interruptions and/or downtime for that shift
- Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures
- Possess basic understanding of FEMA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- Crane operation certification
- Lift truck operation certification
- Must be willing and available to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, lifting and frequent walking in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 25kg on a regular basis.
- Days and Afternoon swing shift every 2 weeks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

- Set-up Mold Technician: 2 years (required)
- Process Injection Technician: 2 years (required)

- Over-Crane (required)
