Job Title**:Process Technician**

With Seadco Technologies INC. needs to meet our customer needs. We are looking for a “Process Technician”.

**Job Function**:
The **Process Technician **is responsible for running tryouts of tools in our Injection Molding presses. Reporting to the Operations Manager

**Job Duties Include**:

- Regularly use the overhead crane to transport molds/ mold components through the shop and set up molds in presses (weight up to 100,00lbs)
- Regularly use the forklift to transport molds/ mold components through the shop and set up molds in presses (weight up to 5,00lbs)
- Set up and remove tools from press
- Control process start-up, shut-down and troubleshooting
- Verify mold function in the press
- As needed, adjust equipment, valves, pumps and controls and process equipment
- Responsible to seek out resin in preparation of tryouts, setup dryers, make sure correct nozzle tip is used, proper safe setup of tool as well as machine parameters. Completion of all associated paperwork regarding tryouts
- Regularly perform preventative maintenance on assigned press

**Job Specifications**:

- High school Diploma or equivalent is required
- Five plus (5+) years of related experience (Preferably on a Krauss Maffei IMM)
- Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to ensure quality standards are met
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication
- Proficient in time management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
