We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Lead who is skilled in both compelling content creation and visual design, particularly using Canva, to enhance our marketing and brand-building efforts.

The Digital Marketing Lead will be a crucial member of our marketing team, tasked with overseeing and integrating our marketing, content creation, and graphic design initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of creativity, strategic planning, and technical expertise aimed at boosting our online presence and driving engagement through expertly crafted digital content and optimized SEO practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce engaging graphics, visual content, and video for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with our brand identity using tools like Canva.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
- Analyze the impact of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Coordinate with marketing team members to conceptualize and launch targeted marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of all marketing materials to maintain audience engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and graphic design to ensure cutting-edge practices are applied to our strategies.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project deadlines are met, and deliverables are executed to the highest standard.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in digital content creation, graphic design, and SEO, demonstrated by a strong professional portfolio.
- Expert knowledge of SEO tools and practices, including Google Analytics and keyword research tools.
- Advanced skills in graphic design tools, particularly Canva, for creating compelling visual content.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a knack for producing engaging, SEO-friendly content.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Prior experience in leading digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Experience writing content such as blogs, articles, etc.
- Experience building, growing and maintaining social media channels.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
