The Winnipeg Military Family Resource Centre (Winnipeg MFRC) is a non-profit organization with the responsibility of addressing the needs of military families. We provide programs and services that serve, involve, and advocate for our military community, its members, and families, and address the unique military lifestyle challenges, resulting in an enhanced quality of life.

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Customer Care Coordinator will engage with families, input, review, and maintain client intake and family registration data in a CRM system. They will facilitate the integration of newly posted families into the community by connecting them with community service providers and MFRC team members.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Assist families with relocation and integration into the Winnipeg region.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the delivery of intake and front-line support.
- Input, review, and maintain client intake and family registration data in the CRM.
- Conduct WMFRC community orientations, information sessions, and briefings.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community groups and support agencies.

**What You Need To Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Social Services, Mental Health, or Human Services and experience in direct community service delivery OR equivalent combination of both.
- Knowledge of office administration, practices, procedures, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of community-based social programs, referral services principles, and practices.
- Experience in providing front-line support, responding to inquiries and community concerns.

**Special Requirements**:

- This role requires occasional travel within and outside the City of Winnipeg and extended workday and/or occasional evenings or weekends.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record check, obtain an enhanced reliability security clearance, and vulnerable sector screening.
- Valid Driver’s license with access to a vehicle and driver’s insurance.
- Must be bilingual in French and English.
