**SALES SPECIALIST**

**What your day would look like**:

- As a role model for all store Associates, you support the management team to achieve daily goals and tasks by directing and redirecting members of the team when required;
- You assume sales floor manager on duty accountability when required aligned with the Business needs;
- You focus on prioritizing our guests and executing tasks related to assigned areas of focus to achieve visual excellence and operational excellence at all times.

**What you have to offer**:

- You have a passion for home decor and fashion trends;
- You have experience in a customer service environment;
- You have the ability to lead a team to achieve goals;
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple guests, tasks and duties;
- You are available to work a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts, for at least 20 hours per week;
- You are comfortable to lift medium to large items and use ladders (Max 25 pounds).

Pay: $17.20 per hour
