**Technical Fit Manager**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Fit Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Design and Fit, the Technical Fit Manager will assist the team in managing competing priorities while staying aligned with key business objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with designers, merchandisers and manufacturers to ensure that all products are consistent with our brands’ fit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor a team of fit technicians of all levels;
- Manage the fit schedule and fit models;
- Manage and balance seasonal and non-seasonal workloads across the Fit team;
- Help develop and maintain fit standards and grading for all product categories, ensuring consistency across the brands;
- Lead a fit session and send comments when needed;
- Confidently work across a variety of product categories, from Denim, Knits, and Suiting to Outerwear (and more).

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in the apparel industry;
- Experience in managing a team is a plus;
- Educational background in Fashion Design;
- Experience with fitting procedures, fitting corrections, and PAD pattern-making software knowledge required; LECTRA or others, an asset;
- Garment construction knowledge;
- Bilingual (French/English) with strong communication skills both verbal and written;
- Proficient in Illustrator, MS Office Suite, Bamboo Rose (software), and Centric;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Demonstrated experience in working within a team in a respectful and equitable manner.
