Our mental wellness centre is nestled into the mountains, and takes a holistic approach to mental health, integrating it with physical and social health. Our facility is looking for a motivated, proactive and innovative individual to join our energetic team. Nomina Wellness is seeking a clinical counsellor/psychotherapist/social worker to provide the daily client psychotherapeutic content of the Nomina program to ensure a high level of psychotherapy services to all clients.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide one-on-one psychotherapy to clients as part of their Nomina program
- Provide group therapy services in small/medium group settings
- Lead and facilitate psychoeducational sessions with clients as part of the Nomina program
- Create and maintain clinical notes on therapy sessions in a timely manner
- Maintain a high ethical standard with respect to client interaction, confidentiality and team cohesion
- Attend clinical supervision with Teal Lead /Clinical Director
- Maintain minimum continuing education as required by regulating body
- Have current & valid CPR level C
- Provide an opportunity for clients to participate in the development of their semi-custom treatment plan through execution of your duties.
- Follow Nomina policies & procedures pertaining to your specific job
- On-call responsibilities on days worked and weekends as required
- Capable of shift work

**Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other counselling related discipline.
- Ability to handle high-stress environment
- Must have a vehicle capable of driving to the top of Forbidden Plateau in most weather conditions (summer and winter)
- Must be a member of a regulating body (BCACC, CCPA, BCCSW)
- Mental Health and Addictions and/or Emergency Services experience an asset.
- Previous work in residential / inpatient setting considered an asset.
