**Who We Are**:
Treehouse Therapy is a multidisciplinary counselling practice offering comprehensive in person services for children, youth, families, couples and groups. Our goal is to maintain a team of excellence with a focus on ethical and evidence-based practice that meets the needs of the diverse community we serve.

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide counselling services to couples, relationships and families
- Complete comprehensive intake
- Hold firm boundaries in working with couples; with a focus on renewing and strengthening connection
- Complete comprehensive safety assessment
- Experienced working with high conflict, infidelity, relationship trauma/injury, substance use, medical needs or complex care needs within couples
- Provide case management and resources as needed
- Maintain documentation, and complete file records
- Neuro-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, non-ethical monogamy affirming a must

**Skills**:

- Graduate Degree
- Completion of advanced training in relationship modality (EFT, Gottman, Imago)
- Experience working with relationships, couples and families in clinical setting
- Strong client skills and ability to provide emotional support
- Knowledge of Jane App a plus
- Background in relationship rupture, infidelity, neurodivergence and/or addiction a plus
