**About Us**:
Sauna Depot is a leading supplier of high-quality saunas, committed to delivering exceptional products and customer service. We are seeking a motivated and organized **Sales Representative** to join our showroom office team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call customers who have placed orders to confirm details and provide updates.

**Order Processing**:

- Accurately process customer orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.

**Quoting & Proposals**:

- Create and deliver quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to customize quotes as needed.

**CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress in the system.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Personal Attributes**:

- A proactive and detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
