Vancouver, Canada Paladin Technologies Full time

The Warehouse Assistant will assist in the orderly production and distribution of products by receiving incoming materials from vendors, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging materials and supplies for final distribution. This position will also assist in the monitoring of inventory and assets of the company as well as manage the location of these assets.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Receive shipments, verify goods, complete accurate and detailed paperwork, and enter materials into inventory software
- Maintain current knowledge about products, catalog information, part numbers, and required operating stocks
- Monitor consumption of consumable items and maintain stock items
- Work with the Project Management and Purchasing teams to ensure stage materials are ready for technician pick-up, project installation, and delivery to customer sites
- Liaise with the Accounting team on a regular basis to ensure packing slips and invoices are received, and that RMAs are accurately processed and completed efficiently
- Work with the Fleet Manager to ensure all technician vehicles are kept clean and safe operating conditions are maintained
- Maintain, document and account for all tools. Check in/out and tools and vehicles. Once returned, clean and inspect tools to ensure working order and check for damage/ensure working order
- Bar-code all Paladin assets in inventory system
- Deliver and pick up material to site/from distribution
- Ship stock to other branch offices and customer sites as required
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness at all times
- Document any warehouse problems and issues
- GPS installation on fleet vehicles
- Drop fleet vehicles for service as required
- Perform any other duties as required

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 year's of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Clean driving record and valid driver license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
