**Title: Warehouse Team Member**

**Reports to: Director, National Warehousing**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays as needed.**

Stone Tile International is looking for a Warehouse Team Member in Vancouver to join our dynamic team

We are continuously looking for the best and most promising individuals to join our tightknit and unique team. Stone Tile is currently looking to fill a Warehouse Team Member position within the Samples/Production Department.

**What will you do?**

The Warehouse Team Member role has many diverse and interesting responsibilities, the primary ones are outlined below:
❖ Data entry into the P21/MDC system with stock/inventory adjustments which requires high attention to details and organizational skills.

❖ Labeling all full-size samples with proper identification prior to releasing material to be used or shipped.

❖ Recording and reporting breakage for stock/inventory adjustments.

❖ Ensuring that samples are replenished in a timely manner when stock is low.

❖ Processing return of samples and discarding of discontinued material as required.

❖ Cutting samples to size using equipment such as the Wet Saw and Wood Cutting Saw

❖ Assist sales reps and clients load/offload samples from their vehicles.

❖ Preparing packages to send via FedEx or same day courier.

❖ Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times.

❖ Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area at all times.

❖ Follow all standard operating procedures and designated organizational as well as provincial and federal safety guidelines

❖ Other duties as assigned.

**What type of experience and skills do you have?**

❖ 3+ years experience in a warehouse related position

❖ 3+ years experience in a front faced customer service role or administration

❖ 3+ years experience operating the forklift

❖ Basic ERP system experience is preferred - full training will also be provided

❖ Basic computer skills is required for data entry

❖ Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities

❖ Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques

❖ Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner

❖ Ability to lift weight of up to 50lbs

❖ Strong aptitude and ability to provide unparalleled customer service

❖ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

❖ Must be self-directed

❖ Successful completion of Criminal Background Check

**What is considered an asset?**

❖ Secondary school diploma, or equivalent

❖ Valid Forklift license

❖ Knowledge of workplace safety policies and procedures

❖ Knowledge of First Aid and CPR

❖ Ability to stand and walk for 80% of shift

❖ Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
