**Responsibilities**:
- This person will develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives for Driving Change Automotive Group (DCAG) dealerships. This role involves overseeing digital advertising, website performance, and SEO while leading the Marketing Coordinator and fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes managing marketing activity reports, conducting market research, and ensuring effective communication across all channels.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for DCAG dealerships to meet organizational objectives in collaboration with CET, Digital Strategist, Dealership Stakeholders, and vendors.
- Oversee the management and performance of digital advertising, marketplaces, websites, and SEO, ensuring alignment with KPIs and implementing strategies for optimization to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify new vendors and technology to drive marketing and communication strategies, creating opportunities for the dealerships.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and execute marketing and communication projects within given timeframes.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure successful collaboration and communication on all marketing and communication initiatives.
- Model the DCAG Leadership Philosophy
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing Coordinator to ensure role clarity, accountabilities, and continuous growth.
- Prepare and analyze marketing activity reports and metrics to measure program success and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Conduct market research, forecasting, competitive analyses, campaign evaluation, and monitoring consumer trends to identify new marketing opportunities and brainstorm innovative ideas.
- Manage expense tracking, invoice submissions, and budget management.
- Leverage and monitor Google Analytics to identify website UX opportunities and monitor website performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communication
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques and principals
- Experience in a project-based environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to lead and direct others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
- Ability to continuously prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to draw insights from data and use the information to make decisions
- Demonstrate a strong drive for success, with a sense of urgency, initiative and a commitment to continuous growth and improvement in all aspects of the role, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
