Project Estimator

We are seeking an organized and energetic manager for Estimating Projects. ServiceMaster specializes in both residential and commercial disasters and insurance claims. We pride ourselves on professionalism and efficiency to deliver satisfaction and a high quality service to our clients. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

Responsibilities include:

- Sketch and Estimate Projects for Restoration and Reconstruction using Pricing Programs, IICRC Standards and Vendor Program Requirements
- Determining scope of work, realistic completion dates, correct equipment identification, proper authorization, and discussing details with the customer
- Manage cost and cycle time with proper allocation of resources for projects assigned
- Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
- Site visits, scheduling crews, correspondence with other office staff
- High effective negotiation, diplomatic and conflict resolution skills
- Participating in on-call rotation
- Participating in job site clean-up when needed

- Must be capable of lifting heavy items, and carry out physically demanding work

Previous restoration experience and/or certification is an asset but not essential - we are willing to provide training

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
