**Job Summary**

Experience with retail fit-outs in or around southern Saskatchewan is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize construction management software ProjectSight for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with our project manager to develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to guide work processes effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Manage subcontractors and laborers, providing direction and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
- Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Possess relationships with various trades in the area.
- Familiarity with construction management software ProjectSight.
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles, quality control processes, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
