You would become the 11th member of our team. You start at $22/hour (plus vacation pay), a monthly cell phone allowance of $60, and receive health benefits (direct health spending account of $1,000/year pro rated). We recognize the importance of having predictability and stability with work schedules for our employees. Your work schedule would be fixed as outlined below. There would also be occasional opportunities for overtime work, but those would always be at your discretion and never imposed by us on you.

March 15 to April 30 - Monday to Friday 9-4

May 1 to June 30 - Tuesday to Saturday 9-6

July 1 to Labour Day - Tuesday to Thursday 9-6, Friday & Saturday 9-7

Day after Labour Day to Thanksgiving Monday - Tuesday to Saturday 9-6

Day after Thanksgiving to October 31 - Monday to Friday 9-5

November 1 to December 15 - Monday to Friday 9-4

We are looking for someone to start ASAP. Your roles, with some training where necessary, would grow to include boat detailing, loading and unloading boats on trailers, driving boats on the lake, operating marina tractors, some yard work, retail store staffing, answering phones, operating cash registers, pumping gas, and about a million other things.
