**Title of Position: Server Assistant**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:You will assist in Front of House operations of the restaurant and provide personalized guest experiences. This includes;
- Welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus (host duty, but can help when busy)
- Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as needed.
- Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area/ taking the bus bin to the dish pit when full.
- Providing table maintenance by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, replacing cutlery between courses, refilling water glasses.
- Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.
- Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
- Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
- Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
- Checking washrooms periodically to ensure that they are clean, and stocking toilet paper/ paper towels.
- Assisting with incoming deliveries of food, liquor, linens etc.
- Ensuring cleanliness of FOH side of the pass - dry storage neatly organized, takeout section stocked and organized, toilet paper/ paper towels stocked, miscellaneous FOH products stocked (receipt paper, candles, straws etc.)
- Assisting the bartenders by refilling ice as needed or retrieving extra liquor bottles from storage as needed.
- Polishing glassware as necessary, and bringing clean glassware from the glass washer to the bar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
