With numerous warehouse facilities and service reps covering all regions of both countries, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

**How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions**
For this role we will look to you to:

- Develop and procure product, packaging, artwork, POP, etc. to support company brand & marketing strategies.
- Prepare material to support Sales team, including presentations, products catalogues, sell sheets, digital sales materials, and newsletters.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies to capture & convert the growing demand for our products.
- Establish promotional initiatives and monitor results to uncover insights that inform the effectiveness of our efforts & long-term direction.
- Develop product planograms based on various displayer types, retailer requirements, merchandise/stock requirements.
- Analyze sales data to maximize sales for regular updates to product assortment and future planograms
- Communicate with domestic and international vendors in the production of product and print materials such as POP & packaging.
- Organize and coordinate events and tradeshows from planning to execution, including design & procurement of tradeshow POS Material.
- Curate showroom as a sales tool, ensuring it highlights SRP Canada and our products.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, or a related degree with three to five years of experience.
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop).
- Excellent attention to detail, project management and organization skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and environments; manage time in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; and work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently.
- This role is hybrid.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
