**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients and following up on leads.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of potential sales opportunities and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize strong mathematical skills to assist customers
- Provide bilingual or multilingual support to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Create content and excitement on social media to promote product and services throughout the store

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or related environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in math
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.75-$21.35 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sauble Beach, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
