**Front Receptionist / Accounts Payable**

Allan Dale RVs & Trailers is **growing fast**, and we’re looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a **Front Receptionist / Accounts Payable.** This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while playing a key role in our administrative and financial operations.

**About the Role**

As the **Front Receptionist / Accounts Payable Clerk**, you will be the first point of contact for our company—welcoming clients, supporting the management team, and contributing to our financial operations, including **assisting with full-cycle payroll**. You’ll provide professional, accurate, and timely support to the **Controller**, helping to keep the business running smoothly as we continue to expand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Process and enter **accounts payable** invoices, with limited accounts receivable duties
- Post **new inventory payables** into the dealership management system
- Assist with **semi-monthly payroll processing** and related HR tasks
- Support the Controller with **reporting**:

- Prepare various internal reports and documentation as needed
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all tasks
