Digital Marketing and Branding Executive

**Role Overview**
You will be responsible for managing and executing all digital marketing and branding efforts. This includes performance marketing campaigns, SEO, content creation, and graphic design, ensuring consistency and creativity in how we present ourselves online.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Performance Marketing**:
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
**Graphic Design & Branding**:
- Design digital assets including social media posts, stories, banners, brochures, and occasional print material.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines and aesthetic across platforms.
**Content Creation**:
- Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to salon services and audience (social media, blogs, website copy).
- Collaborate on photo and video content shoots as needed.
**SEO & Web Presence**:
- Perform basic on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Update and maintain website content (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Improve local SEO presence through Google My Business and directories.
**Social Media Management**:
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
- Stay updated on social trends relevant to the beauty and wellness industry.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or related fields.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of beauty/wellness industry trends (preferred).
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic video editing and content ideation experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with local SEO and content best practices.
