**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property visits for potential tenants, showcasing features and benefits.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information and lease agreements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants through effective customer relationship management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience in property management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

**Responsabilités**

**Exigences**
- Expérience avérée dans des rôles de vente ou de service client ; une expérience en gestion immobilière est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, avec une attention particulière à l'étiquette téléphonique.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec attention aux détails pour gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches.
- Approche proactive pour résoudre les problèmes et les conflits.

Pay: $40,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
