**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service to potential tenants.
- Conduct property tours and answer questions about the property and surrounding area.
- Negotiate lease terms with tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all leases and rental agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for properties.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
