Montréal, Canada Eco Residental Roofs & Commerical Shelters Inc Full time

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies for vacant units
  • Coordinate and conduct apartment showings through various channels
  • Lease apartments through tours and open houses, aiming to reduce vacancy
  • Maintain accurate records in property management systems
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  • Adapt leasing strategies to reflect market changes
  • Deliver persuasive closing presentations and follow up with prospects
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in residential leasing or sales
  • Bilingual in English and French (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Yardi experience is an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and goal-focused
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work weekends as needed
  • Must have a vehicle

  • Commission pay
