Claims Analyst

**What you will do**:
- Review, process, and adjudicate group benefit claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
- Communicate with members to provide updates on claim status, resolve inquiries, and offer guidance on the claims process.
- Ensure all claims are processed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and interactions in the claims management system.
- Generate and analyze reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
**What you will bring**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims management or equivalent training, Group Benefits experience, is an asset
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field or equivalent training
- Bilingual, written and oral (English and French), is considered an asset
- Attention to detail, organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Demonstrate good judgement, reliability, and professionalism in fast paced environment
- Strong initiative, planning, and problem-solving skills, including an ability to focus on both details and results
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
