The Service Advisor position is an excellent opportunity for a meticulous individual who has a natural ability to build strong customer relationships, seize opportunities and exceed objectives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE**:

- Dispatch for road service techs
- Customer Service Rep for front counter
- Ingate an outgate units for service and installs 0
- Dispatch for shunter Liaison for service vehicles
- Arrange service for vehicle and provide vendors with PO#
- Track any road service projects on spreadsheets
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and obtaining customer's approval of estimates along with obtaining customer PO#’s
- Other duties as assigned

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years Administrative/Customer Service Experience required
- Bilingual (French and English) will be an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to use judgment and tact when dealing with general inquiries
- Ability to handle a high volume of work in fast-paced challenging environment
- Accurate data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strategic problem solving skills
