**About the Job**

**Dixie Ford **is seeking a full-time **Service Advisor** to join our growing team As one of our advisors you will work in a high volume and fast-paced environment as a front-line service representative for our guests.

**Position Objective**
- Assisting parts and service guests.
- Complete sales customer files and records.
- Accurately and clearly articulate information between technicians and our guests.
- Processing and claiming for customer warranty.
- Accepting incoming Ford appointment calls, scheduling appointments, and confirming online appointment bookings.
- Explains technical information about repairs to guests.
- Arranging alternate transportation for guests when required.
- Tracking progress of repair orders.
- Contacting guests for estimates and time changes.
- Following up on Ford recalls.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments for the technicians.
- Customer database management.
- Assisting parts and service customers.
- Ford Pass Rewards database management

**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Administrative experience.
- Sales experience, preferably automotive.
- Active listening and interpersonal skills.
- De-escalation and communication skills.
- Ability to switch between tasks / multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of a vehicle’s working systems.
- Ford experience and knowledge are an asset.

**Please note**: Applicants must provide a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
- Customer Service: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
