We are hiring full-time Prep Cooks to join our team at the Oasis late night eatery on Carleton University campus. As a Prep Cook, you will get to exhibit your cooking and customer service skills by preparing, assembling, and serving food in front of the customer. You will also grow your skillset by being exposed to several cuisines, having the opportunity to learn different preparations, and working with passionate culinary leaders.**What We Offer**:

**About the Job**:

- Assist Sous Chefs and Cooks with preparation of daily menu
- Cook on the line, grill, and use ovens
- Prepare stations with food
- Assembly of cooked products
- Serve food while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
- Assist with culinary auditing, and food safety measures
- Ensure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and Procedures
- May perform other job duties as required

**About You**:

- Food service experience required
- Knowledge of food, sanitization, and health and safety standards
- Enjoy working with others in a team setting
- Excellent customer service skills
