We are hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to join our team at Tim Hortons on Carleton University campus. As a Prep Cook you will prepare, cook and serve a variety of foods in either back of the house or on the line. Cooks in this role may be preparing food in front of the customer, requiring strong customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Sous Chef and Cooks with preparation of daily menu
- Cook on the line, grill, and use ovens
- Prepare stations with food
- Assembly of cooked products
- Serve food while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
- Assist with culinary auditing, and food safety measures
- Ensure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and Procedures
- May perform other job duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Food service experience required
- Knowledge of food, sanitization, and health and safety standards
- Enjoy working with others in a team setting
- Excellent customer service skills
