This opportunity provides a progressive call center environment, that incudes **NO WEEKENDS**, **NO EVENINGS**and **NO** **OVERNIGHT SHIFTS** The hours of operation are** Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm**with an anticipated start date of **May 12th, 2025.** - Earn a competitive Base _**_Wage of $17.15 to $19.90 per hour, plus a Bonus of up to $600 per month._** **What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Mission)**: - Scheduling appointments and reminding customers about upcoming service needs like the organized rockstar you are. - Keeping things running smoothly by managing your workload and juggling priorities with ease. - Following up on inquiries and solving issues with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Keeping customer records up to date and handling confidential info with care. - Collaborating with our dealerships to ensure seamless communication and top-tier customer service. - Jumping in where needed—whether it’s updating systems, resolving issues, or lending a hand on the fly. **What We're Looking For**: - Bilingual in French and English?
