TalentCity Consulting Inc., an education consulting company based in Burnaby BC, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant with a focus on marketing document preparation, event organization, and promotion strategies. Help company to advertise our services. **Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with other departments to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and reports, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

2. Assist in the organization and execution of events, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences, to promote our services and increase brand awareness.

3. Assist in managing and maintaining our social media platforms, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.

5. Assist in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using various analytics tools.

6. Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, best practices, and industry advancements.

**Requirements**:
1. College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a strong asset;
2. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in direct related marketing position;
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for business engagement.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour
