We are growing and want you to grow with us. Our team is seeking a proactive, reliable, creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Strategy team.

Department & The Role.

Wondershare Brand Strategy Team: We have a big mission to build the most loved products in the world. As a part of that mission, our team is responsible for defining the visual brand expression to brand purpose, identifying customer needs and driving strategy for our products. The team delivers stunning creative advertising and campaigns based on deep customer insights. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in helping shape the way the entire world perceives Wondershare Products. You'll help build a brand that communicates our purpose, defines perception and awareness globally, and puts a spotlight on our diverse portfolio of solutions.

The Role: As a Marketing Specialist for our global products, you will shape our brand campaigns using data-driven insights. Leveraging your expertise in data monitoring and analysis, you will craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will play a key role in Go-to-Market planning for branded content, designing briefs, building and monitoring campaigns, and crafting integrated media plans. If you are passionate about leveraging data for effective marketing strategies, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:
Utilize various data points to gather insights and analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends to support marketing strategies and tactics.
Leverage your keen understanding of customer pain points and challenges to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, addressing their needs and motivations.
Play a key role in supporting campaigns working with various teams on branded content, including designing briefs, building and monitoring campaigns, and crafting holistic integrated media plans to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Branding, Product, Content, and Digital Marketing, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
Continuously explore new ideas, strategies, and tactics to drive innovation and creativity in marketing campaigns, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Prepare reports to share marketing insights, performance metrics, and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of proven experience of working on campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and support digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate users
Familiar with marketing automation and monitoring tools such as Brandwatch, CrazyEgg, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, QuickBI
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of brand management and campaign execution
Experience with reporting on campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations

Nice to Have:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or digital marketing
Experience working for a large B2C technology company in North America
