**_ What’s you’ll do:_**
- Develop and manage editorial calendars for the Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67s;
- Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate content production schedules and distribution across various platforms;
- Ensure all content aligns with all relevant compliance standards and OSEG’s brand guidelines and objectives;
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics;
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency;
- Assist the Communications Specialist in various tasks as needed;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Completion of post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field;
0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a sports property;
- Some experience managing social channels for a brand;
- Familiarity with video production, graphics and photography;
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (namely Photoshop, Premiere);
- Understanding of analytics software, content management systems and SEO tools and best practices;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work on deadlines, handling multiple tasks at once with great attention to detail;
- Familiarity with social media advertising is an asset;
- Must be able to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays;
- Working knowledge of football and familiarity with the Canadian Football League;
- Bilingualism in English & French is an asset.
