**Summary**:
The sales support specialist will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system for projects/products.
- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints on behalf of the sales team.
- Ordering new materials for the sales staff, as needed.
- Providing pricing assistance and fulfilling any pricing inquiries as needed.
- Assisting sales team with calling, scheduling appointments and following up with customers to ensure they are on track to meet quotas.
- Assisting Sales Team with proposals or sales presentations as required.

**Position Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- An associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years previous experience is sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Computer savvy.
- Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
- Hands on experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with mail, word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
