Duties
- Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment
- Respond to guest maintenance requests efficiently and with immediacy
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment
- Other duties as directed by Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Job Requirements: - Self motivated, responsible, organized and task oriented - Able to communicate in English. - 1 Year of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs preferable(but willing to apprentace an eager trade student) - Staff Housing available Physical Demands: - Lifting, Carrying - over 50 lbs
