**Expectations**
- The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of indoor and outdoor facilities and provide support to the Maintenance Helpers and Maintenance Manager as needed.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**General Operation of the Site**
- Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure they are operational, safe and clean for our guests.
- Maintaining buildings and features to ensure proper function.
- Maintain process and equipment as required.
- Complete installations and upkeep of maintenance and capital projects as required.
- Be proactive in identifying and advising on potential safety problems and/or repair.
- Ensure all preventative monthly maintenance tasks and capital projects are being completed in a timely fashion
- Maintain housekeeping standards (interior & exterior) for site and including areas near workshop.
- Ensure the safety & maintenance of the facilities: ice, wet floors, use of hazardous materials, first aid kits, MSDS sheets, broken or protruding elements of the facility.
- Manage all operations emergency in an efficient and rapid manner.

**Building and Equipment Maintenance**
- Maintain overall function of pool systems. From motors, pumps, filters and chemical automated feeding systems. Ensure all are running effectively and in near perfect working order.
- Troubleshoot chemical automation control system equipment with Maintenance Manager.
- Keep tools and other auxiliary equipment in an orderly and clean condition.

**Maintenance Team**
- Coordinate Maintenance Helpers daily tasks.
- Support and be a role model for Maintenance Helpers
- Assist Maintenance Manager with training and development of procedures
- Perform maintenance duties as required to support Maintenance Helpers.

**Prerequisites**:

- 1 to 2 years of Supervisory experience in a maintenance or operations environment.
- Experience in preventative maintenance is required.
- Knowledge of maintenance functions, including snow removal, electrical, painting, carpentry and plumbing.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance
- Proficient in Microsoft office software, excel, word, outlook, sharepoint.
- Must be able to think on their feet, be proactive, problem solve, and deal with change on a daily basis
- Clear criminal record check
- Must be available to work full-time and attend functions after work on a semi-regular basis
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and be flexible to work AM/PM shifts according to business demands.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clear driver’s abstract
