- Inspecting the property on a regular basis and addressing any maintenance or repair issues
- Managing contractors and service providers
- Handling emergencies and coordinating repairs
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Supervising janitorial staff and managing cleaning schedules
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
