**Role Objective**

The Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator is at the center of Precise Pipe’s customer engagement. This hybrid role blends marketing strategy with hands-on customer service, ensuring that campaigns are not only creative but also grounded in real customer needs.

A key part of this role is leading and coordinating two dedicated graphic designers—turning ideas into campaigns, branding materials, and digital content that elevate the company’s presence across multiple industries. By combining marketing expertise with customer-facing insights, this role directly drives growth, strengthens relationships, and ensures our brand resonates with every client touchpoint.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing**
- Lead and coordinate two dedicated graphic designers, ensuring creative projects are executed on time and aligned with company goals.
- Plan and manage social media content, SEO strategies, website updates, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Organize and oversee industry conferences, trade shows, and client events.
- Develop and implement customer relationship programs to deepen engagement.
- Create and distribute swag and promotional branding materials to enhance customer loyalty.
- Work closely with business development and outside sales to align campaigns with client acquisition and retention strategies.

**Client Relations / Customer Service**
- Provide clients with routine updates on order production and logistics.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to senior customer care while maintaining ownership of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field strongly
- preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications.
- **Native-level English fluency with exceptional communication and copywriting skills.**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and coordinate with design teams.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with a focus on detail.
- Customer-first mindset with proven ability to build trust and manage relationships.
- Comfortable collaborating with business development and outside sales teams.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary Range: CA $55,000 - 90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final salary confirmed following successful completion of the probationary period.
