**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare a variety of traditional Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Barfi, and Ladoo.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and hygiene standards.
- Package sweets attractively for sale while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Train junior staff on techniques for making Indian sweets and maintaining food safety practices.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in cooking within the food industry, particularly in preparing desserts or sweets.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in sweet-making processes.
- Experience in cake decorating is a plus but not mandatory.
- A background in restaurant or catering environments is desirable.
