**What’s the Scoop? Your Role**
- Master the art of gelato-making from ingredient mixing, operating machines, to freezing perfection.
- Be the face of our gelato counter Greet and guide customers, ensuring they have a delightful gelato journey, from flavor selection to the final garnish.
- Ensure our gelato display always looks irresistible and inviting.
- Serve with accuracy: from cash transactions, managing inventory to portioning the perfect scoop every time.
- Foster a fun, efficient, and safety-first environment.

**Do You Have the Sweet Stuff?**
- Prior experience in a gelato shop or ice cream parlor is a cherry on top.
- Can't keep your hands off gelato? Your passion for flavors and ingredients is what we crave
- Got the skills to swirl in a bustling environment, manage tasks, and be the leader when the cream gets thick?
- 6+ months experience in a pastry kitchen is a win And if you've been around ice cream or gelato before, even better

Each location is comprised of a full artisanal market experience, including full-service restaurant(s), where traditional artisanal craftsmanship and service on the front end meets new world technology and innovation on the back end. A revolutionary purchasing and org structure, supported by custom technology, allows us to leverage efficiency across the business unit to drive scratch perishable production, massive prepared foods selection, full carcass meat programs, and world class service in a cost-effective format. There is also a special place in our hearts for quality local and Canadian products and we aim to deliver positive change to the food chain through a focus on local sourcing and private label partnerships. We are currently laying the groundwork for a national chain focused initially on western Canada. Our first location is 48k square feet, and located in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
