Position Overview:
As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clinical operations, providing individual and group therapy, conducting psychological assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. Beyond direct client support, this role offers a unique opportunity to mentor and supervise students, interns, RCCS, and early-career professionals, ensuring the next generation of mental health practitioners receives expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.
- Lead clinical initiatives, ensuring ethical and high-standard mental health care.
- Supervise and mentor emerging professionals, fostering their growth.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Champion self-determination and trauma-informed care principles.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Good standing with the professional association
- Registered license of RCC, Psychologist, Master of Social Work or similar.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
- A positive attitude and commitment to promoting mental health and well-being.
