RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Each Server is to provide quick and efficient service to the customers in their section; they should also strive to be aware of their customers needs so that they act upon these needs, the customers perception will be that they have received exceptional service.
- Good service will almost guarantee the return of the customer, it is the server’s responsibility to ensure that our customers feel that they are wanted and appreciated.
- Making sure that their section is clean, tidy and setup to welcome customers.
- To follow & enforce all AGLC regulations - including but not exclusive to ID’ing and over service. We ID guests that look under 30 years old and failure to comply will result in termination.
- To ensure that all side duties and daily duties that are posted or duties required by their supervisors are completed.
- To Have FUN This is a job not a prison sentence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Our servers be out going and friendly.
- Our servers have knowledge and understanding of our POSI Touch System after their training period.
- The server know the products on the menu well enough to pass our menu quiz before they are assigned a section on the floor. They are required to have a minimum of 90% to pass.
- Previous experience is not necessary at the Toad, if you are willing to learn and follow our training and company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
