**Server Roles & Responsibilities**:

**What You’ll Do**

Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Learn and confidently memorize all food and beverage menu items.
Use your menu knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations and answer guest questions.
Uphold and follow all B&G policies, procedures, and standards.

When you come to work, make sure you look and feel your best A clean uniform, good grooming, and a friendly smile help set the tone for great service. Guests notice the details, and your professional appearance shows pride in yourself and our restaurant
Embrace and embody the B&G culture and core values in everything you do.
Maintain a **clean-as-you-go** mindset to keep the restaurant tidy and organized.

Collaborate with your team to support all front-of-house operations — running food, packaging food, maintaining tables, seating guests, processing payments, and more.
Complete all opening and closing duties accurately and efficiently.

Bring a positive attitude and a passion for delivering **East Coast Hospitality** every day

**What We’re Looking For**

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
