**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and testing mechanical components and systems used in hydraulic machinery. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that products are built to the highest standards of quality and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble mechanical components and systems based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble parts and ensure proper fit.
- Install and test hydraulic and mechanical components within systems to ensure proper operation.
- Perform troubleshooting and adjustments to mechanical systems during assembly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Work with engineers and other team members to identify assembly issues and propose solutions.
- Document assembly processes, including any issues or deviations, and report them to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all products meet quality control standards before they are shipped out.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment used in the assembly process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Assembly or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience as a mechanical assembler, preferably in hydraulic systems or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and assembly procedures.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience working with hydraulic components or systems.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and how they function.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other machinery (optional but beneficial).

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
