Fast growing company looking for journeyman plumber with residential home building experience. Must be capable of building a home with the help of an apprentice in efficient and timely manner. Experience with working in condo’s, apartments also an asset.

No on call and weekends off. Benefits are included

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install plumbing systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Maintain and repair existing plumbing systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Weld pipes and fittings as necessary to create durable connections.
- Plumb new installations in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure integrated system performance.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites.

**Skills**
- Proficient in assembling various plumbing components and systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Skilled in using power tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Knowledge of welding techniques for pipe fittings is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Pay: $36.50-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
