**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
- Assemble and build plumbing components according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and electricians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Experience using power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to plumb, assemble, and build various plumbing components.
- Commercial driving skills are a plus for transporting materials to job sites.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
