Skyline Group is a Canadian company that manufactures and sells roof safety and access systems such as permanent ladders, guardrails, and walkway systems to clients throughout Canada.
Located in our Quebec sales office, we are seeking an established Sales Representative to focus on selling rooftop safety solutions to building managers and property developers within Ontario.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Represent the company effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of Skyline Group’s product offerings.
- Strong knowledge of Quebec Building Codes and other safety standards and regulations related to building height safety.
- Build long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain responsibility for KPIs of all sales activities within an assigned territory including meeting assigned sales, quotas, opportunities, and calls.
- Provide competitive pricing. Ensure quotes are accurate and reflect customer needs.
- Sell within company guidelines, ensuring that all customer needs and requirements are met with the solution offered.
- Demonstrated successes and achievements related to quotas, cold calls, developing opportunities, and other sales metrics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the construction industry, regulations, and processes.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards and regulations.
- Be able to positively represent the company.
- Be a team player, always willing to jump in and help others.
This is a full-time in office position with expected travel to be around 30 percent of the time.
**Salary**: Up to $160,000 per year

Skyline Group est une entreprise canadienne qui fabrique et vend des systèmes de sécurité et d'accès aux toits tels que des échelles permanentes, des garde-corps et des systèmes de passerelles à des clients partout au Canada.
Situé dans notre bureau de vente de Québec, nous sommes à la recherche d'un représentant des ventes bien établi qui se concentrera sur la vente de solutions de sécurité pour les toits aux gestionnaires d'immeubles et aux promoteurs immobiliers de l'Ontario.
Responsabilités du poste:
- Établir et construire stratégiquement une base de clients solide.
- Représenter efficacement l'entreprise grâce à une connaissance approfondie des produits offerts par Skyline Group.
- Connaissance approfondie des codes du bâtiment du Québec et d'autres normes et règlements relatifs à la sécurité en hauteur des bâtiments.
- Construire des relations durables avec les clients potentiels et existants.
- Assurer la responsabilité des indicateurs clés de performance de toutes les activités de vente dans un territoire assigné, y compris l'atteinte des ventes, des quotas, des opportunités et des appels.
- Proposer des prix compétitifs. S'assurer que les devis sont exacts et reflètent les besoins du client.
- Vendre dans le respect des directives de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que la solution proposée réponde à tous les besoins et à toutes les exigences du client.
- Des succès et des réalisations démontrés en ce qui concerne les quotas, les appels à froid, le développement d'opportunités et d'autres mesures de vente.
- Un grand souci du détail.
- Compréhension de l'industrie de la construction, des réglementations et des processus.
- Connaissance des codes du bâtiment, des normes de sécurité et des réglementations.
- Être capable de représenter positivement l'entreprise.
- Avoir l'esprit d'équipe, être toujours prêt à s'impliquer et à aider les autres.
Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein au bureau, avec des déplacements prévus dans une proportion d'environ 30 %.
Salaire : Jusqu'à 160 000 dollars par an
